Share Capital and Capital Increase

For paying in the share capital you need to submit the founding document, articles of association, certificate of incorporation.

After the payment, the Bank will issue the certificate on the payment of the share capital.

After registering the company, you will open the multi currency bank account with KentBank d.d. and we automatically transmit the share capital to your newly opened account.

You will deposit the capital increase amount to your existing transaction multi-currency account with obligatory indication that this is the capital increase.

After the payment and delivered Decision on capital increase, the Bank will issue the Certificate on payment of funds for the capital increase of the company.
