KentBank strenghtens business cooperation between Croatia and Turkey

Zagreb, 8th December 2017 – in November 2017 KentBank d.d. officially opened Representative Office in Istanbul with the goal to strenghten business cooperation between Croatia and Turkey.

 

After the success made by Turkish desk in Zagreb, which was founded in 2015, KentBank decided to open a Representative Office in Istanbul. KentBank pays special attention to economic cooperation of Croatian and Turkish companies and through its specialized departments, Turkish desk in Zagreb and Representative Office in Istanbul, offers small, medium and big companies support through information and advice with the aim to strengthen foreign trade business between Croatia and Turkey.

 

Yearly Croatia exports to Turkey goods in the amount of 108 million EUR, and imports from Turkey goods in the amount of 240 million EUR. 1 “It is clear that trade exchange between Croatia and Turkey has unlimited potential, and KentBank has recognized that unused potential hence is the right place for import-export business.” said Mr Ivo Bilić, President of the Management Board of KentBank.

 

Through Turkish desk in Zagreb and Representative Office in Istanbul, KentBank enables small, medium and big business full access to comprehensive solutions for business financing, as well as international banking products and solutions. Bank aims to create new business opportunities for businesses in Croatia and Turkey and to be the bridge which will connect the economies of the two countries.
