All exchange rates are expressed for 1 EUR.
The exchange rates for each currency are applicable up to the amount of 4.000,00 EUR. For any amounts higher than 4.000,00 EUR, in the equivalent of a particular currency, please contact the Bank’s branch or the Treasury and Financial Institutions Department of the Bank.
The Bank reserves the right to change the exchange rate list in accordance with changes in the foreign exchange rate market.
KentBank d.d. does not buy or sell cash and does not accept cash deposits into accounts in DKK, NOK, SEK and TRY currencies.

The listed exchange rate apply to card payments on the day the card is charged in the Bank. The calculation method is listed in General Terms and conditions for each individual card type.

"Dynamic currency conversion (DCC)" korisnicima stranih kartica omogućuje da prilikom podizanja gotovine na bankomatima KentBank odaberu terećenje kartice u valuti korisnika kartice.

Korisnik kartice prilikom podizanja gotovog novca sam odlučuje hoće li traženu transakciju obaviti kao DCC transakciju, s prikazanim tečajem konverzije i iznosom u domicilnoj valuti, ili kao običnu transakciju bez konverzije u domicilnoj valuti.

Tijekom podizanja gotovog novca na bankomatu iznos u eurima automatski se preračunava u jednu od navedenih valuta, ovisno o tome u kojoj je valuti račun korisnika kartice.

Korisnik odmah dobiva informaciju o tome po kojem tečaju će se izvršiti konverzija iznosa eura u neku od navedenih valuta te točan iznos u domicilnoj valuti.

Usluga se odnosi jedino na Maestro, Cirrus, MasterCard kartice izdane izvan Hrvatske koje su vezane uz račune u gore navedenim valutama.
