Among very few banks in Croatia, KentBank offers its customers the E-citizens platform. The E-Citizens platform allows citizens to communicate with the state administration in a modern, fast and simple way. At any given time, without waiting in line, by accessing their personal UserBox, citizens are able to access numerous electronic services provided by various public authorities in Croatia such as state registers (birth, marriage, citizenship or other certificates), Croatian Pension Insurance Institute services, as well as to obtain various confirmations, check personal e-mails, notifications from public administration and use over 30 other online services.

KentBank opened a Representative office in Istanbul in 2017, whose goal is to create new business opportunities for entrepreneurs from Croatia and Turkey and to be a bridge that connects the economies of these two countries.
