About Us

KentBank is a modern, universal bank focused on Retail, Corporate and SME operations, with the network of 15 branches throughout Croatia. The Bank has the assets worth HRK 3,9 billion with high capital adequacy ratio, 200 employees and around 22.000 customers.

According to business results, KentBank is confirmed to be among the fastest growing banks on the Croatian market.

Bank is focused on Retail and SME segment of the market, where the biggest advantage is fast and flexible service along with a complete focus on customers’ needs offering tailor made products and services. Bank offers products and services „tailored to clients“ and adjusted to needs and wants of each client, being it Retail related and/or SME.

Along with the expansion of the branch and ATM network, the Bank continuously works on improvement of the existing and the implementation of new products and services. The Bank is very proud of its Internet Banking application, e-Kent, as well as its mobile banking, m-Kent.

Among very few banks in Croatia, KentBank offers its customers the E-citizens platform. The E-Citizens platform allows citizens to communicate with the state administration in a modern, fast and simple way. At any given time, without waiting in line, by accessing their personal UserBox, citizens are able to access numerous electronic services provided by various public authorities in Croatia such as state registers (birth, marriage, citizenship or other certificates), Croatian Pension Insurance Institute services, as well as to obtain various confirmations, check personal e-mails, notifications from public administration and use over 30 other online services.

KentBank opened a Representative office in Istanbul in 2017, whose goal is to create new business opportunities for entrepreneurs from Croatia and Turkey and to be a bridge that connects the economies of these two countries.
