Kentbank rebranding

On the development of our new visual identity, we collaborated with the creative agency Bruketa&Žinić&Grey, and the new concept of branch design was designed following the brand design guidelines by the agency for design, product design and architecture Brigada.

The new branding consists of logo and secondary elements of visual identity in the form of hexagons whose graphic elements are modular. Why the hexagon? The hexagon is a universal symbol of coherence, that is, connection. And it is the connection with clients that is the basis on which KentBanka develops its business. Croatia has never had a bank truly specialized in the premium segment of the market. This is evident in our special services created for this segment, but also in everything else: interior design and visual identity. Unobtrusive, discreet and timeless design speaks of an institution focused on long-term relationships and a personal approach to every man.

The new concept of KentBank is a kind of response to the accelerated digitization and automation of banking processes that slowly disappear the personal relationship with the personal banker. The basic experience of the space of the new branch office is the ambience that allows different typologies of interaction, from quick transactions at the entrance, the space for personal bankers with privacy zones, modern office space to innovation in the regional market - a business club in which meetings, educations, lectures and the like are organized in a relaxed but primarily business atmosphere.

By organizing the interior, we have combined modern technologies and personal contact and enabled different levels of privacy zones depending on the needs of clients, and the entire space is aesthetically based on the tradition of Zagreb's downtown interiors, city cafes and business clubs and recognizable but subtle elements of Turkish design.

The space is thus dominated by cozy leather sofas, chairs in neutral shades, all interwoven with shades of green, black and gold. Most of the equipment used is modern furniture from domestic manufacturers and designs intertwined with uniquely designed and manufactured elements and some international classics.

Probably the biggest innovation in the banking market is KentClub, which is located on the top floor of our branch office in Ilica and is open to bank clients who want to spend time in a sophisticated, informal and pleasant environment, talk about business or financial topics, gain new knowledge in professional lectures or simply relax at the end of the working day.
